Two fine Asmat trophy heads made of ironwood, used for headhunting related ceremonies after headhunting was declared illegal. On MDF base.

Height: 35,5 and 30 cm - 14 and 11.8 inch.

Provenance: Brought back by the father of the previous owner who worked for the Shell in New Guinea in the early 60s.
